His philosophy is one that embraces holistic care, He prides himself in leading a care team that delivers person-centred and culturally sensitive care which is provided to residents, family and friends.

I was really impressed when I listened to your interview. You give all the right answers to the questions. I am convinced that that you will present you self as a strong manager and work towards making your Nursing Home, a place where Elderly people of all walks of life will be happy.
